Traditional Wooden Wobble Boards manufactured out of sturdy plywood and condensed wood for durability and strength.
Wobble Boards can help many people, from the elite athlete right dpwn to people with co-ordination problems. They are also greatfor increasing your core stability.
Excellent for exercising ankle, knee, leg, hip and lower back and so on.
Our round Wobble Boards are available in a choice of two diameters. You also have a choice of PVC or Cork (warmer to the touch) surface.
Be aware that the 40cm diameter round board has a 16 degree tilt which makes it more difficult to board than the 50cm board which has a 12 degree tilt.
Note that the the square Rocka Board only moves forward, backwards or sideways!
